Step Up for Down Syndrome 2021

Harper's Homies

Hi Everyone,

Harper's Homies are back at it again, raising awareness and money for the Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis. I am excited to invite you to Step Up for Down Syndrome 2021!! This is an annual event that takes place in Forest Park on June 13, 2021, at 9:00am. Please join us the for 1 mile awareness walk & donate to help support Harper's Team!

Here is a little bit about our journey:

Harper is now 3 1/2 years old, she loves to run, jump, sing, dance, take walks, ride the side by side, snuggle her kitty Elsa, and her dog Duke, play with her sister Reese and read. She even rides the school bus to school, her teachers and friends adore having her in class and say she is always up for a challenge. She is working on learning her colors, numbers and letters, and is kicking butt in her PT, OT and speech classes. We are so grateful that she came into our lives. We describe her as being able to bring out the best in people. She has brought out the best in us. We want everyone to see Harper as who she is, as a spunky, spirited, brave, independent, capabale amazing little girl. Down syndrome is not what she is, it's just one part of her, she is so much more, and is soaring with her development. We love watching her grow. The best is yet to come.

"I wouldn't change you for the World, but I would change the World for you."

I hope you can support Harper's Journey with a donation and walk with our team, just register by clicking JOIN TEAM. Harper has an amazing army behind her!
